Employing the RIVO framework to understand consumer needs, followed by implementing the design blueprints, furthered by validation phases. The project is currently in the optimization phase.
In iterative design upgrades, product discovery engagement increased from 70% to above 82% of visiting customers on the website in a test group study of 30 users on the introduction of ‘Build my bathroom’ and ‘Visualize’ features.
